We are currently running a mentorship and talent development program. This is to help the participants get decent work and promote economic development. The participants will also be involved in several projects that drive our vision

One of the main focus areas is talent development. We want to use mostly volunteers to provide mentorship and build the skills of interested participants in order to make them job-ready. The skill-building process involves working on a project that can solve a problem in society (an example of such a project is creating a software application that can curb unemployment by matching applicants with employers)
